I am excited to be back on the mat, facilitating Yoga Classes at The Yoga Studio in Ballinrobe Physiotherapy Clinic on Tuesday, 25th March, for four weeks.

I look forward to guiding you through yoga postures using pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, mindfulness, and deep relaxation while connecting with moon cycles and astrology energies.

GENTLE BEGINNERS FLOW

This comprehensive four-week course is designed to introduce you to yoga's fundamental principles and practices. This 60-minute class suits those looking for a slower-paced class as well as beginners. It gives a solid foundation for a safe and suitable yoga practice. Attendees will learn key yoga poses, basic yoga breath awareness, gentle meditative techniques, and an understanding of yoga practice.
VINYASA FLOW
From: Tuesday 25th March ~ 8:15 - 9:15pm for four weeks
Investment: €40.00 - Prepay
This flowing yoga class suits those who have practised yoga before and experienced students. These fluid-moving classes will combine poses in sequences that link breath to movement.
You will need to bring your own mat and a blanket if desired for relaxation. Props are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothes which you can move around easily. Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class, and please ensure you are hydrated before class.
