Welcome to Eilís Wall Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my practice.
I offer professional counselling and psychotherapy services for adults, with in-person sessions available in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo and online throughout Ireland.
My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your challenges and navigate life’s difficulties.
Using an integrative and embodied approach to counselling rooted in humanistic philosophy, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. Drawing from various counselling and psychotherapy techniques and theoretical models, such as Person-Centred, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Mindfulness,—I’m here to support and empower you as we work through your concerns together.
Training and Areas of Interest
I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University London, in partnership with PCI College. This included an advanced module training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on the third wave of CBT, particularly Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
I have completed various Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and am committed to continuous personal and professional growth. These include Trauma Recovery, An Embodied Approach to Trauma, Gender, Sexuality, Relationship & Diversity (GSRD), Writing Therapy, and Decider Skills—a program designed to help children and young people manage their emotions and mental health.
I am also a certified Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator and a Yoga Instructor. My personal practices in mindfulness and embodiment inform my therapeutic work, creating a space of presence and connection for every client.

Taking the first step toward counselling and psychotherapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to offer you a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to work through your challenges together.
I am based in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, for in-person sessions or online via Zoom or WhatsApp.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, with an investment of €60.00.
Sessions are typically held weekly and can be tailored to suit either short-term or long-term needs, depending on your goals.
