Eilís is a Wellness Facilitator and Speaker. She is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator and Yoga Instructor. She offers action-focused, tailored programmes for mental, emotional and physical well-being so employees can incorporate these practices into their daily lives at work and home.
Maintaining employee well-being ensures sustained productivity and a positive work environment in today's fast-paced world. Research has shown the many benefits of wellness programmes in the workplace. Among the most effective components of these programs are mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and yoga. Each element offers unique benefits that, when combined, create an integrative approach to employee wellness.
Bringing these practices to corporate organisations offers employees vast physical and mental benefits during their workday. It is a great way to improve workplace morale, establish connections with colleagues, increase concentration, build resilience and reduce stress levels.
