School Wellness

Eilís offers action-focused, tailored programmes for student’s mental, emotional and physical well-being. The workshops provide practical skills and psycho-education that are based on robust research, and these practices can be incorporated into student’s daily lives at school and home.

Research has shown the many benefits of mindfulness, psychotherapy and yoga practices. These practices offer students vast mental, emotional and physical well-being to reduce stress and worry, increase focus and productivity and build resilience.
