Breathe. Move. Thrive.
Helping you live your best life

Having experienced the daily benefits of mindfulness and positive psychology for over twelve years, Eilís had a desire to teach and pass these skills on to other people.

Eilís is a believer in the sacred lineage of the practice she teaches yoga with passion, creativity and warmth from the heart.

To broaden her learning and understanding of mental health and well-being, Eilís has completed a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy …

“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called Yesterday and the other is called Tomorrow. Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live.”

Eilís is a Wellness Facilitator and Speaker. She is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Facilitator and Yoga Instructor. Eilís believes in integrating mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through one-to-one sessions, classes, courses and workshops.

Eilís has completed a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI College/Middlesex University London. Her training is centred on an integrative model inspired by an underlying humanistic philosophy. Her studies encompassed various counselling theories, including Person-Centred, Existential, Cognitive-Behavioural, Psychodynamic, and other approaches.

Her love of yoga started over fifteen years ago due to surgery on her right hip. Gradually, her yoga practice became more about the mind, body and spirit. 2018, she trained to become a teacher and completed her 200 YTT with Naomi Sturdy and Sibylle Dallman at The Art of Teaching Yoga. Eilís has since gone on to deepen her study in Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra with Sian Pascale at The Light Collective, Restorative Yoga with Ciara Cronin at The Yoga Room and a range of further yoga courses.

Her mindfulness journey started over twelve years ago. Over the years, mindfulness and meditation have become a daily practice, allowing her to lead a calmer, happier, and more fulfilling life. In 2017, she studied for a 500-hour Diploma in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology over 15 months with The Irish Mindfulness Academy and is excited to teach mindfulness to help one person at a time.
